Chris and Kirsten ~ Engagements : Abilene, TX

Chris and Kirsten are so fun to be around. She is bubbly and friendly and Chris knows just how to make her laugh! I always appreciate a guy that comes to the session and can have fun with it! Kirsten did such a good job with bringing props and I loved her use of color!

We met up in good ole Abilene and the weather was perfect for our session! Thanks again for such a fun afternoon:) Can't wait for this wedding in November!

Wade and Kaci ~ Engagements : Lamesa, TX

My first shoot in Lamesa,TX was a success due to this wonderful couple! Lamesa is a special place as this is where they first met. We actually were able to go to the exact location where they first laid eyes on each other, which happened it be this awesome old cotton gin. Needless to say I had lots of fun shooting there. We finished up the session at her grandparent's farm where there were beautiful skies, tractors, and open fields. I love these kinds of backgrounds when I get the chance to shoot them:)

They are getting married in October and I can't wait for this wedding! Hope you enjoy your photos! This first picture is of them standing in front of the cotton gin where they met. Love it! 

Julie and Josh ~ Engagements

Dear Blog followers, I have so much in store for you this month! I can't wait to show you what all I've been up to including a trip to California to meet the amazing Amelia Lyon! I'll start with Julie and Josh!! I had so much fun with these two! They have infectious laughs and I can't wait for their wedding in a couple of weeks:) Julie brought some great props which I always love! We started out downtown and ended our session with a sugar rush at a cute little ice cream and candy shop. Hope you enjoy and get ready to see more of these two soon:)

Megan and Garrett ~ Engagements

I feel like I've known this couple for years! From the first time Megan and I talked over the phone, we instantly hit it off and have so much in common:) These two are getting married in just two weeks and I can't wait for the big day! They have lots of exciting changes ahead with tying the knot and moving to London. 

Their engagements were taken in Galveston and it was so fun being around boats! Not a whole lot of those in the LBK;) Thanks for making my job fun and can't wait to shoot more photos of this beautiful couple!!

Now off to more editing and packing for Florida for an amazing wedding on Sunday!

Dea Dea and Scott ~ Engagements

What an amazing couple!!! I shot Dea Dea's son's wedding in 2009 and now she is getting ready to have one of her own:) Scott is awesome and really appreciates the stop and go process of taking pictures in different locations;) We had awesome light to work with and they are seriously naturals in front of the camera and needed minimal direction! Thank you for making it so easy on me:)
