Emily and Josh ~ Couples: Rosemary Beach, Florida

I went to Florida to shoot an awesome beach wedding that you will see later this week, but while I was there I got to hang out with my great friend Emily! Emily and I went to the same church camp every summer for 8 or 9 years. She is one of like 5 people who can make me laugh extremely hard! I love love love her and I was so excited to get to hang out with her hubby Josh! I was thrilled to get to have a session with them while I was in town and loved how they turned out:) Check it out!

Oh ya did I forget to mention how good looking these two are!!

While I was there, Ryan her brother happened to be in town and it was such a bonus to see him! He is a professional songwriter in Nashville, TN and he is oh so good! You probably have been singing in the car to one of his songs and didn't even know it! So proud of you!! We took a few and here they are making me laugh of course! Can you guess who has been in the sun the least:( 

Back in Action

Hey loyal blog readers! I apologize for my absence lately as I have been traveling back and forth taking photos of amazing clients! December was a great time to relax and rejuvenate my creative juices and have some personal time with family and friends:) January has put me back into the swing of things and I'm so thankful for a new year and new clients. Come back on Thursday as I will be blogging sweet baby Jaxon and then a New Zealand style wedding in Dallas soon after:)

Interview with Amy Rose King ~

The lovely Amy Rose contacted me a couple of weeks ago about a little (now big) project she was working on. She was interviewing photographers in the Lubbock area and I was so flattered she wanted me to join! She took a few pictures of me and I have to say how weird it is being on the other side! Erin and Brad

YAY! Last weekend, our good friends Erin and Brad stayed with us for the weekend. I was so excited when Erin and I decided to do a shoot of each other while they were in town. Of course, we didn't know it would be one of the windiest days in Lubbock history. That's not really a fact, but it felt like it!
